Sway Bars

The one component I have changed on my Spyder that gave me the best "bang for my buck" was the sway bar. This keeps the Spyder flatter in corners, eliminates most of the body roll and improves cornering dramatically.

Does your new Can Am Ryker need a better sway bar?

Obviously BRP believe it does as they advertise an optional stiffer sway bar claiming it "Helps reduce roll while heightening control & responsiveness while cornering." Enjoy a sportier, more confident ride.

33% stiffer than stock equivalent. After extensive testing in the US market a new Baja Ron kit is now available specifically for the Ryker models.

I have been distributing in Australia product from Ron for many, many years and he would be the biggest manufacturer of after market sway bars for Spyders with excellent feedback from users. This new kit also includes billet aluminum sway bar end links to replace the original plastic ones.

$495 for the kit including hardware and GST.

Suspension Adjusters (2013>)

Most of the 2013-15 Spyders came with non-adjustable pre-load front suspension, which is a real backward step to most riders. So, recognizing this deficiency Baja Ron developed an adjuster which can be added to these OEM shocks. It works in a similar way to most high quality systems such as Elka, Fox, Progressive, etc. It will not change valving, dampening, or other shock related functions, but it will make your spring pre-load fully adjustable.

Users report a huge improvements to handling and improved ground clearance.

Two models - '2014+' for the 2014-2018 RT's and '2013' for the 2013 RT's, the 2013-2016 RS, RSS & ST models, and the F3 and now Ryker models with non-adjustable shocks.

EBC Replacement Sintered Brake Pads

*Please note. As the demand now seems to be more for the high performance fully sintered brake pads, I will be gradually reducing stock of the semi sintered ones and only stocking fully sintered

The steel used in the EBC rotor blades is a special stainless blend with higher friction effect than normal heat-treated stainless steel found on stock discs. Made in the UK, they boast up to 10% improvement in friction effect improving brakes even further.
