Why I ask you to email me and why I don't use a 'Shopping Cart' like other web sites?

1. 99% of my customers are happy to EFT to my account and that has no cost to me or you, so it helps me keep my prices down. I do have PayPal though for sales overseas and I can take credit cards (including over the phone) now if you really need to go that way, but as I said direct deposit to my account is preferable.

2. At least 50% of the time the products you order need some explanation / clarification in an answering email or phone call- to ensure you get the correct parts.

3. Shopping carts can be a inflexible when it comes to freight and multiple items. I can look at a number of items and know if I can squeeze it into a $10 mail bag or whether it needs a 3kg or 5kg mail bag. Again cheaper for you in the long run.
